What’s your brand?
Lucky Strike?
Winston?
Camel?
or . . .
BASTOS?
It’s not a joke. These packs of Bastos Cigarettes are true and real. They came from South Vietnam. Bastos cigarettes are manufactured and smoked in countries like Algeria, Belgium, Cameroon, France, W.Germany, Madagascar & South Vietnam.
Anyway, whatever you brand is, please read on:
WARNING: Cigarette Smoking is Dangerous to Your Health!
If you are smoker and buying cigarettes by the pack, you either read or just ignored this warning printed on the pack. You may have been used to and/or fed up with this "useless" warning.
Despite the myriad warnings, news, and stories about the ill effects of smoking, still millions have been hooked up and addicted to it. Many smokers have post-heeded the warning, tried to quit, but are simply too weak to do so. A few, however, has been successful because of their strong determination, will, and self-control.
I, too, had been a smoker. My brand was Philip Morris Menthol. I also smoked other brands: Marlboro, Hope, Winston – whatever was available. I even tried Bataan Matamis.
Prior to my smoking days, I hadn’t been an active smoker but a passive one, especially during drinking sessions. Then, since passive smoking has the same ill effects, I smoked, too, in drinking sessions, if others were smoking. Later on, I actively smoked even off drinking sessions.
When I noticed that I’d been consuming more than a pack a day, I tried to reduce gradually my consumption to half-pack a day. But, this strategy wasn’t working.
Then, one fine day, I just decided to quit abruptly. And, it worked.
The "NO SMOKING" ordinance no. 2002-090 in Makati City has contributed to my decision to finally quit.
HEAR YE!
QUIT SMOKING NOW BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!
yep, quitting is easy. I’ve done it so many times already.
determination plus inspiration plus conviction to quit smoking permanently!!!
