Two weeks ago, I received my credit card's statement of account for the period September 17 to October 16, 2007. Upon scrutinizing what I had purchased using my plastic money, I noticed the billing for the Annual Membership Fee. I remembered then that my annual renewal is every October.
Last year, I requested for the waiver and reversal of my annual membership fee, which was granted. And, I would request the waiver and reversal again this year. I called up the call center several times for two week but could not get through because either their lines or the call center agents had been busy. Yesterday morning, I tried calling again, got through, and, luckily, talked to a call center agent. I made my request and it was immediately granted. That was very nice of them. And, I saved P2,250.00. Thank you very much BPI Express Credit.

I agree. You need to follow it up becuase you are requesting for the reversal. I also called many times through a phone banker but I failed. Then I go to one of the BPI brances here in iloilo city and requested for the reversal. Im a good payer and I pay most of my bills on time. If you are a good payer the they would consider the reversal I guess.
