Fortunately, a friend and I were already at the venue, Taste Asia, when the rain fell. It was a little before 7:00 PM; but there were already many earlier birds than us.
From the registration tables you could see plenty of flowers. Each lady was given a long stem red rose, which was used later in the parlor games. The place, inside and outside, was full of roses and nicely decorated. The party was appropriately for ladies, all right. Why not? The sponsor was Pond’s, whose beauty products are mainly intended for ladies after all. It is promoting its new Pond’s age miracle TM products, which promise “Look younger in 7 days”. (It’s not looking younger BY 7 days only.)
The male attendees were merely spectators. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the party, the food, drinks, chatting with other bloggers, and watching the ladies played parlor games.

I was looking for beer; but the wine is a better alternative.

The bloggers
There’s a beauty booth, where anyone, guy or gal, could have free beauty consultations.

And, here is the perfect male model. Nyek!
