I don’t have my SSS ID card yet; and, I couldn’t renew my SSS salary loan. When I attempted to get one, the ID capture machines of the SSS branches in Buendia, Makati (near our office) is down. Unluckily, ID capture machine in the branch in Novaliches, Quezon City (near our home) is also down.
That’s a year ago; and, until to date, the machines have been down. Meantime, I couldn’t renew my salary loan without an SSS ID card. Then, I learned that SSS temporarily allows two valid ID cards, in lieu of the SSS ID card, to support the salary loan application.
I immediately filled out the loan form, photocopied two valid IDs, and submitted them to our personnel department. At last!
